Article I.1: Article I.1: The pilot must be over 14 years old and use a real name, birth date and an working e-mail during the registration (Refer IV). Concerning the IVAO network, you must have an active account from a minimum of 3 months and a minimum of 20 hours of flight. In addition, after the account activation, the concerned user need to maintain an flight's activity according the free time of this same user. Any inactivity detected by our Staff members must be justified quickly. If not the case, the member's account will be deactivated until you request (Refer I.2) an reactivation within 9 months, in order to avoid the deletion of this account. Then we do not accept transfered hours from another Virtual Airline everyone has to start from Newbie.
Article I.2: All important requests can be done by mail or by Discord. In this case, you cannot avoid the staff's part concerned. For this, you need to find the best departement to contact in the Staff Page. If the mail is serious and not submitted to the right responsible, an answer is send with the e-mail to contact.
Article I.3: The pilot have to submit more PIREPS than Manual Pireps. If you didn't land on the expected destinations the pirep is rejected. In the case of an emergency or a pan, you need to not crash the plane.
Article I.4: Abusive simulation speed rate different of 1x is prohibited. Your flight is rejected if the case.
Article I.5: In the case where an IVAO account is associated with the Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) account, the user must be sure that the two profiles correspond and have no inconsistencies.
Article II.1: Any expression of an abusive sexual nature, insulting, testifying to an extremely political opinion are forbidden. The penalty can range from a warning to a total removal of user traces on our platforms.
Article II.2: No spontaneous or for-profit advertisements are permitted unless authorized by a partnership or even a truthful agreement with a Top-Management manager. In the case, the reputation of our platform is improved, allowing the oportunity of a content sharing regulated, monitored and protected by us as well as by the applicant.
Article II.3: The usage of any content provided by Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) to other people need to respect our Copyright Philosophy (Refer III.5). Article III.4: According to the article (Refer III.3), Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) claims her original contents and according the case, explain the Copyright Liscence (CC..) used for any product. In addition, our Youtube videos are claimed and cannot be used in other videos.
Article III.5: Anyone who wants to use one of our high claimed content can contact the Top-Management group (Refer Staff page) to make an agreement with a precision of the use.
Article IV.1: During the registration (Refer I.1), the only informations collected are the form entries, on the one hand a part of your basic personal informations like your name, birth date, e-mail... and on the other hand, your virtual informations (Callsign and Hub). By creating your account you accept to make your real name, virtual callsign, virtual flights's date, virtual destinations, virtual flights's duration, virtual flights's landing rate etc... public. This data is collected by Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) and secured for the private real informations (e-mail and password). In addition, your profile picture is accessible to everyone. This follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cnil requirements.
Article IV.2: All pilots can download their respective personnal data via the profile page. Furthermore you can hide you name at least the public or if you want to delete your accout you can mail to [email protected]
Article IV.3: Your Discord account can be associated to your Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) account to make sure for your identity and get an easier communication and extchange.
Article IV.4: Some cookies are used to make your website experience better. In any case we collect that, and follows the regulations explained before (Refer IV.1).
Article V.1: Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) is not affiliated with Royal Air Maroc real airline. In any case, we hold the responsibility to explain it into different parts of our website. Therefore, it is not a question of generating profit (Refer V.2) or of diverting funds for fraudulent purposes.
Article V.2: Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) started a for-profit project. Not in order to generate profit, but to be able to maintain and provide an optimal service through small amounts. The money is collected from the amazon affiliation program (Refer V.3) and from donations by the community on a voluntary basis.
Article V.3: Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) is affiliated with Amazon. In this case, you can see what we have selected in the Download Center i> page. All redirects to amazon products are calculated and converted to a percentage for a glimps of time. If the goals are achieved, we can get a small compensation.
Article V.4: Royal Air Maroc's Virtual Lines (RAM Vlines) retains its secret income for security reasons. On the other hand, we provide a free service to the aviation enthusiasts by making them live a virtual adventure. Therefore, the user is not able to provide his bank information directly on our site. However, this remains the responsibility and the agreement of the user in the case of PayPal donations. Finally, using the PayPal platform you are subject to their regulations.
